3/4 C. Sliced Fresh Strawberries
1/2 C. Chobani Greek Lemon Yogurt
1/2 C. Milk 2%
1/4 C. Old Fashioned Oats
2 tsp. Ground Flax
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Raw Sugar or Honey (You can always add more if you would like it sweeter)
3-4 Ice Cubes
Directions
Throw everything in your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
