Ingredients
3 cups Garden Rotini Pasta cooked & drained
1- 4 oz. can Mushroom stems and pieces drained
1- 2.25 oz. can sliced Kalamata or black olives drained
1/2 C. chopped green pepper
1/2 C. chopped red onion
3/4 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 C. zesty Italian dressing
Directions
- Mix together salad ingredients in a large salad bowl.
- Pour dressing over salad, tossing to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
