Ingredients
1/2 C. Blueberries
1/2 C. Strawberry Chunks or Slices
1/2 C. Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 C. Milk
1/4 C. Old Fashioned Oats (I put mine in a coffee grinder for a finer grind)
2 tsp. Ground Flax
1 tsp. Honey
3-5 Ice Cubes
Directions
Throw everything in your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
