Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

This is a recipe from my Aunt Lynda for her Cinnamon Rolls. These are really good, especially with a great big cup of coffee.

2 pkg. yeast
1 1/4 cup warm water
1/4 cup softened butter
1 pkg. egg custard pudding mix
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour

Soften yeast in warm water; add other ingredients.  Gradually add flour.  Knead 12 times.

Roll dough to about 1/4 inch thickness.  Spread with softened butter (about one stick or 1/2 cup), sprinkle with desired amount of ground cinnamon, brown sugar, raisin and/or nuts.  Roll up from longest side.  Cut with thread or piece of plain floss about 1/2 in. thick.  Place in 9x13 in. pan.  Let rise for 45 to 60 minutes.  Bake at 400 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes.

When cool, glaze with mixture of confectionery sugar and milk or water.

Doubles easily.
 Enjoy!!!
