This is a slightly pink smoothie with mostly apple and a hint of strawberry, sweetened with a touch of honey. A little strawberry goes a long way. The fruit is the star in this smoothie. Cool and refreshing. Great for breakfast or as a treat.
3/4 C. Diced Fresh Apple
1 Large Strawberry or 2 Med. Strawberries
1/2 C. Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 C. Milk
1/4 C. Old Fashioned Oats
1 tsp. Honey (I used Orange Blossom)
2 Tbsp. Chopped Walnuts or 2 tsp. Ground Flax
3-4 Ice Cubes
Throw everything in your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
