Banana Nut Smoothie Recipe



This smoothie is great when you have a craving for banana bread.

Banana Nut Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 Banana Sliced
1/3 C. Old Fashion Oats
1/2 C. Vanilla Yogurt 1%
1/2 C. Milk 2%
1 T. Chopped Walnuts
2 tsp. Ground Flax
1 tsp. Brown Sugar (optional)
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
3-4 Ice Cubes

Directions:
Throw everything in your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
