This is a peachy oatmeal breakfast smoothie, although you could have it anytime. It's all I need for breakfast. It's cold, quick, and delicious and it keeps my tummy happy until lunch.
Ingredients
3/4 C. Sliced Fresh or Canned Peaches *
1/4 C. Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 C. Vanilla or Peach Yogurt
1/2 Milk 2%
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 tsp. Ground Flax
1 tsp. Raw Sugar or Honey (optional)
Directions
Throw everything into your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
*I use canned peaches in 100% juice, not sweetened. I'm not a fan of peeling peaches, lol, but fresh is definitely better.
