This is a slightly different banana smoothie recipe than my
banana nut smoothie. It's a creamy combo of vanilla and banana. I threw in a couple of vanilla wafers and it was almost like banana pudding. I think I like it better than banana pudding and also better than the banana nut smoothie. If you like bananas, you really should try this smoothie.
Ingredients
3/4 C. Sliced Fresh or Frozen Banana
1/2 C. Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 C. Milk 2%
1/4 C. Old Fashioned Oats
2 tsp. Ground Flax
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 Vanilla Wafers
3-4 Ice Cubes
Directions
Throw everything into your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
