Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe
It's a creamy peanut buttery smoothie. This smoothie is for the peanut butter lover in me. It's just peanut butter, no fruit. It doesn't make quite as much as my other smoothies, but nearly. You still get almost a glass full and this one is really yummy.
Ingredients
2 T. Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 C. Vanilla Yogurt 0% (I used Chobani Greek Vanilla)
1/2 C. Milk 2%
1/4 C. Old Fashioned Oats
2 tsp. Ground Flax
3 or 4 Ice Cubes
Directions
Throw everything in your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
If this isn't sweet enough for you, you can add a little honey. Mine was perfect for me without it.
