This is a simple strawberry smoothie. All pink and yummy. I decided to cut back on the oatmeal a little so that it wouldn't be quite as thick, of course it's not quite as filling either, but just as tasty.
Ingredients
3/4 C. Sliced Strawberries
1/2 C. Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 C. Milk 2%
1/4 C. Old Fashioned Oats or 1/3 C. of Multi Grain Flakes cereal *
2 tsp. Ground Flax3-4 Ice Cubes
* You can use 1/3 C. of oats or 1/2 C. of the flakes, for a really thick smoothie you can eat with a spoon.
Directions
Throw all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
