This is one thick and delicious smoothie, made with fresh Mango and Chobani Greek Mango Yogurt. You can eat it with a spoon. It's very filling. You may want to share it, but I ate it all, with a spoon. Yummy!
Update 4-09-11 - You can try 1/3 C. Multi Grain Flakes instead for a less thick smoothie or 1/4 C. of Old Fashioned Oats if you'd rather have oats.
Ingredients
1 C. Diced Fresh Mango
1 Mango Chobani Greek Yogurt 0%
1/2 C. Milk 2%
1/2 C. Multi Grain Flakes Cereal
2 tsp. Ground Flax
1 tsp. Honey (optional)
4-5 Ice Cubes
Throw everything in your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Lately I've been using my hand blender, which I love, and a large cup. Clean up is so much easier and it does a wonderful job.
